This compact recessed sensor detects both motion and light levels and communicates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) within Casambi-controlled networks, and is available in white and black. It automatically switches lighting or triggers pre-programmed scenes based on presence and measured ambient brightness.
Operating at an input voltage of 220–240V AC, 50/60 Hz, the sensor emits a BLE signal. It detects movement up to 5 metres with a 100° horizontal detection angle. The built-in light sensor allows for reliable differentiation between daylight and darkness.
Installation is straightforward: a 25 to 27 mm drill hole enables discreet mounting into ceilings or walls. The front side is IP44-rated, making it suitable for dry or slightly damp indoor spaces.
Configuration and programming are carried out via the Casambi app (iOS or Android), where specific actions, scenes and behaviours can be set. Ideal for retail, hospitality and office environments requiring automated lighting control.
