This constant voltage DALI-2 LED dimmer switches and dims single-colour LED strips based on constant voltage. Operating on 12–48 V DC and delivering up to 15 A output current, the dimmer is suitable for medium to heavy LED applications within professional lighting installations.
The dimmer supports one DALI address, automatically assigned by the DALI master, and follows the standard logarithmic DALI dimming curve for natural light progression across the full 0–100% dimming range. In addition to DALI control, operation via an external push-dim button is possible for on/off switching and smooth dimming. When both control methods are connected, DALI takes priority.
The PWM frequency is adjustable between 500 Hz and 16 kHz, allowing optimisation for various applications, including camera- and video-friendly installations. Integrated protection against overheating, overload and short circuit ensures safe and reliable operation with automatic recovery.
The DIN rail design enables easy installation in distribution boards. The product complies with the DALI-2 standard according to IEC 62386 and relevant safety and EMC standards.
