This Zigbee & RF DALI-2 dimmer functions as a DALI master and converts wireless Zigbee and RF control into a DALI control signal for DALI drivers and electronic ballasts. The dimmer supports various DALI lighting types, including single colour, Tuneable White, RGB, RGBW, RGB+CCT and switching applications.
Control via the Dimmit app is possible in combination with a Dimmit Zigbee gateway, which is required for network connectivity, cloud functionality and remote control. Integration within a Philips Hue environment requires a Philips Hue Bridge. In addition to app-based control, the dimmer also supports local operation via a conventional push button for on/off switching and smooth dimming, as well as control via optional RF 2.4 GHz remote controls.
The dimmer can also function as a DALI bus power supply and controls a single DALI address in unicast, group or broadcast mode. The compact linear design enables easy installation above ceilings or inside luminaires. The dimmer complies with relevant DALI, safety and EMC standards and is suitable for professional residential and commercial installations with DALI lighting.
