This 4-channel DMX512 & RDM decoder precisely controls single-colour, Tuneable White, RGB and RGBW LED strips within DMX lighting systems. It supports 1-, 2- or 4-channel DMX decoding and can be set to 8-bit or 16-bit resolution for refined dimming control.
Operating on 12–48 V DC, the decoder delivers high output current per channel, making it suitable for professional applications in retail, hospitality, commercial and architectural projects. The DMX start address can be set via the integrated digital display or remotely via RDM communication from a DMX master, simplifying installation and maintenance in larger DMX networks.
The PWM frequency is adjustable from 250 Hz up to 32 kHz, suitable for both standard lighting and camera-friendly applications. Selectable linear or logarithmic dimming curves ensure natural light progression.
In case of DMX signal loss, the decoder operates in stand-alone mode with internal programs for dimmer, Tuneable White, RGB or RGBW configurations. Thermal and short-circuit protection with automatic recovery ensure safe and stable operation.
DMX input via XLR3, RJ45 or screw terminals provides installation flexibility. The robust design and compliance with relevant safety and EMC standards make this decoder suitable for professional DMX lighting installations.
