With its extremely compact dimensions of 4 x 8 mm, this Neon Flex is particularly suitable for integration into furniture, cabinets, shelving, displays and other interior applications. The narrow 4 mm light-emitting surface makes it possible to create a clean, continuous line of light in areas where installation space is limited.
A key advantage for interior fit-out professionals is the exceptionally short cutting length of just 5.56 mm. This allows the Neon Flex to be cut almost exactly to the required length, resulting in significantly less waste and much greater flexibility for custom applications compared with conventional Neon Flex. Black markings on the side indicate the correct cutting positions.
A special solder-free connection kit is available for installation. Once the Neon Flex has been cut to size, the connector is inserted directly into the Neon Flex and mechanically secured. This eliminates the need for soldering on site. The connection cable comes pre-fitted with an Easy Connect connector.
The Neon Flex bends horizontally and has a minimum bending diameter of 60 mm, allowing it to be installed directly into a routed groove. It offers a colour rendering index of CRI >90, and the maximum connection length when powered from one end is 5 meters.
The Neon Flex is supplied on a 30-meters reel, allowing multiple custom lengths to be produced efficiently from a single reel. Combined with the 5.56 mm cutting length and solder-free connection technology, this makes it a practical solution for series production of custom lighting installations in professional interior fit-out applications.
