The touch sensor operates on low voltage and outputs a PWM signal for direct control of compatible Easy Connect controllers.
A short touch switches the lighting on or off. Holding the sensor for 1 to 6 s adjusts the brightness smoothly from 5 to 100%. The logarithmic dimming curve ensures a natural and comfortable light transition.
The detection distance is adjustable. With open installation the sensor responds within 0–1 cm, while installation behind wood, glass or plastic allows a detection distance of 3–4 cm. This allows the sensor to be installed completely out of sight behind panels or inside furniture.
The PWM frequency is adjustable to 500 Hz, 2000 Hz or 4000 Hz, allowing the sensor to be optimised for different drivers and light sources. This is particularly useful for applications where flicker-free lighting is required, such as display cabinets or camera environments.
Thanks to the ultra-thin design and mounting with 3M tape, installation is quick and easy without drilling or visible mounting.
