This 24V Dim-to-Warm LED strip with 224 fine SMD2216 LEDs per metre provides a natural light transition from bright warm white (3000K) to ambient amber light (1800K) when dimmed. Ideal for applications where atmosphere, flexibility and visual comfort are key.
The high LED density and compact 2216 chips deliver a calm, uniform output with minimal spotting – even in shallow profiles or visible setups. With a section length of 62.5 mm, the strip can be precisely customised for interior, hospitality or retail applications.
Dim-to-Warm functionality must be controlled via PWM dimming (Pulse Width Modulation). Other dimming methods are unsuitable and can result in incorrect colour shift or poor dimming behaviour. Only with proper PWM control will the dim curve transition smoothly from 3000K to 1800K as intended. The dimming frequency must not exceed 2000 Hz.
The strip is rated IP20 and suitable for dry indoor spaces where ambience and tunability are essential.
Effective heat dissipation is essential for optimal performance and a long lifespan. An aluminium LED profile prevents overheating and ensures a clean finish. Combined with GALAXY profiles, this forms a high-quality total solution.
